Opura Jewelry is a wholesale-only jewelry supplier. By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed in this Shipping Policy.


1. Wholesale Requirements

  • Opura Inc sells exclusively to wholesale buyers.

  • A valid Seller’s Permit / Resale License is required for all purchases.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

    • A customer does not provide a valid seller’s permit

    • The permit cannot be verified

    • The customer does not meet wholesale requirements

If an order is canceled for these reasons, the customer will be notified and refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment and permit verification.

  • High-volume periods or special-order items may require additional processing time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.


3. Shipping Within the United States (Domestic)

Domestic rates based on your current shipping setup:

2-Day Air

  • $21.99

  • Applies to orders $0.00 – $5,000.00

Express Overnight (0–5 lb)

  • $39.95

Overnight Shipping – Free

  • Applies to orders $5,000.00 and up


4. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship to customers worldwide using trusted carrier-calculated rates:

DHL Express (Discounted by Shopify)

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Supports prepaid duties

  • Fast and reliable international service

USPS International (Discounted by Shopify)

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Standard international transit

  • Multiple service options available

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination country, weight, and carrier service.


5. No Pallet or Freight Shipping

We do not offer freight, pallet, or large-volume cargo shipping.
All orders are shipped in standard secure packaging.


6. Secure Packaging

Every order is prepared with:

  • Protective jewelry-safe packaging

  • Sealed and secured materials

  • Double verification before dispatch

We ensure your jewelry arrives safely and in excellent condition.


7. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.


9. Shipping Damage or Loss

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours.

  2. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging.

  3. We will assist in claims and replacements where applicable.

Opura inc is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
